About the role

  • Support the Group’s spend categories across a range of corporate services
  • Negotiate Tier 2 and Tier 3 non-critical supplier contracts
  • Drive procurement excellence for Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers, managing one-off and specialized procurement initiatives
  • Assist with ensuring the commercial elements of contracts are fulfilled (e.g. budget for projects, services credits etc)
  • Support the broader team to achieve procurement activities as required
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify opportunities and maintain competitive advantage
  • Develop and manage supplier metrics and frameworks whilst evaluating performance risk and compliance
  • Manage the development of supplier performance reports and analytics to support Leadership updates
  • Manage issue escalation processes and relevant stakeholder communications

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management with a strong preference in Technology and Financial industries working across indirect spend categories
  • Good understanding of Commercial objectives and the importance of considered strategically sound procurement outcomes
  • Experience managing contract negotiations across a diverse range of suppliers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
