About the role

  • Support the team across all categories to deliver agreed activities as set out in category plans or in response to business needs.
  • Lead tactical procurement initiatives to deliver value to the business.
  • Conduct analysis of spend and supply markets to identify new opportunities to save money, innovate, improve service and reduce risk.
  • Leverage experience and subject matter knowledge to support the team and deliver outcomes.
  • Be a trusted commercial advisor within procurement operations activities.
  • Apply change management tools and techniques to influence business outcomes.
  • Prepare periodic management reporting on the portfolio activities, performance and business plans.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in sourcing, contract administration, procurement or other relevant analyst role.
  • Knowledge of procurement fundamentals, sourcing and negotiations.
  • Experience with contract implementation and management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strengths in data analysis and commercial guidance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, legal, economics, finance or related discipline.
