Partner with Senior Manager, People Communications on implementation, optimization, and user adoption of internal communication platform
Create compelling internal content including announcements, thought leadership pieces, team member spotlights, and campaign materials
Foster vibrant internal communities through strategic programming, events, and initiatives
Design and execute multi-channel engagement campaigns supporting company initiatives, culture building, and change management
Monitor platform metrics and content engagement data to continuously improve communication effectiveness
Partner with People team, leadership, and functional leaders to amplify key messages and ensure consistent internal communications
Champion adoption and optimization of internal communications hub (Simpplr); educate and empower site owners/content managers and stakeholders
Requirements
3-5 years experience in internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications or related fields
Proven experience with intranets and employee engagement platforms (Simpplr strongly preferred) or similar platforms
Experience with developing and executing integrated content marketing campaigns across multiple channels and formats (internal communication platforms - Slack, intranet, or similar, e-mail/e-newsletters, video, and presentations)
Experience developing and executing employee engagement campaigns
Ability to analyze data and measure communication campaigns and e-newsletter effectiveness
Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
Proven track record in helping to develop and execute effective internal communication strategies and initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization
Preferred: Experience managing/configuring intranet or employee experience platforms (Simpplr, SharePoint, LumApps), change management or platform adoption initiatives, familiarity with Canva
