Help deliver global remote onboarding and off-boarding programs and ensure seamless employee experience
Manage global HRIS data integrity in ADP and HiBob, including new additions, changes, and terminations
Interpret company policies and provide support to employees and managers
Conduct regular benefits reconciliation and handle EDI feeds, Open Enrollment, COBRA Events, and Qualifying Life Events
File and report disability and leave requests for US, Canada, and UK
Maintain employment files and ensure compliance for reporting and audit purposes (EEO, Non-discrimination testing, SOC2, Tax)
Handle general HR administration (employment verifications, swag administration, employee inquiries)
Leverage quantitative data from HRIS systems to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decisions
Support Talent Acquisition during peak periods with recruiting
Collaborate with People Ops and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and scalable solutions
Implement new programs and strategic initiatives to diversify People Ops capabilities
Requirements
Managed HRIS systems like HiBob (or similar) and ADP WorkforceNow, handling new additions, changes, and terminations
Owned and managed global remote onboarding and offboarding programs for team members across different countries
Experience with benefits administration and reconciliation, including EDI feeds, Open Enrollment, COBRA Events, and managing Qualifying Life Events
Filing and reporting disability and leave requests (US, Canada, UK)
State/Provincial/Federal Employment Compliance Administration, including maintaining employment files and ensuring data integrity for reporting and audit purposes (EEO, Non-discrimination testing, SOC2, Tax)
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Sheets, using dynamic formulas and pivot tables to analyze data
Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and some familiarity with Canadian and UK HR practices
Participation in end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers
Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
Experience navigating complex employee relations issues and providing effective resolutions
Experience with policy implementation and consistent communication across organization
Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
Self-initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced, efficient, and lean team
