About the role
- Perform administrative services to support human resources functions within the facility
- Follow Corporate HR directives and support the local HR team
- Assist with recruiting and candidate support
- New employee onboarding and orientation
- Records maintenance and HRIS data entry
- Employee engagement support
- Work authorization verification and compliance
- Offboarding support
- Translate/communicate between English and Spanish as needed
Requirements
- AS or BS Degree in Human Resources Management or related field or commensurate experience
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in HR coordinator or generalist functions
- Bilingual language skills (Spanish) with ability to translate competently between English and Spanish
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong focus on customer service
- Strong proficiency in MS365, especially Excel
- Experience in working with digital HRIS systems (PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS, or similar)
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
- Ability to foster a positive employment experience for all candidates and employees
- Vision required to perform required tasks associated with job
- Hearing required to hear instructions, safety warnings, and other communication
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish languages effectively
