Senior Advanced Quality Engineer

Manager

• Responsible for leading manufacturing quality initiatives and standards across the facility
• Customer facing to address and resolve all product quality issues
• Drive the performance of the quality management team in the plant
• Drive a KPI focused environment, change management, and leadership development of the quality team
• Coached teams in the use of quality tools and statistical methods (SPC, FTT, RPN, process capability)
• Lead quality, cost of quality, warranty, and supplier performance improvement efforts
• Support site targets for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, including customer scorecards and OEM audits
• Lead problem solving, corrective actions, and customer escalations with defined action plans and closure
• Drive APQP activities for new launches, engineering changes, and process improvements
• Maintain product safety management processes throughout the value chain
• Reduce cost of poor quality through disciplined action planning
• Lead operating reviews using audit data, KPIs, and customer feedback

Quality Manager

• Designs and implements safety programs, to include developing safety methods, procedures, and policies based on company guidelines.
• Monitors STOP program and company metrics analysis and improvement system.
• Monitors work place on a daily basis to ensure all activity meets safety compliance.
• Performs job analysis and measures and evaluates the effectiveness of safety policies, and makes needed modifications.
• Responds to on-site emergencies and accidents, facilitates the emergency response Team (ERT), safety team, and environmental team.
• Manages worker’s compensation recordkeeping and responds to employee accidents with treatment, follow-up and internal reporting.
• Identifies environmental, health and safety hazards Identifies hazards or faults that caused the accident and devises strategic plan to remedy those problems.
• Initiates, performs, and oversees all aspects of operations, technical, safety, environmental and quality training and documentation.
• Stays up to date on state and federal workplace safety regulations.
• Runs informational meetings for employees regarding proper environmental, health, and safety procedures.
• Fields inquiries from employees about proper safety procedures.
• Investigates on-the-job accidents and documents reports and investigations.
• Recruits, hires, and trains new safety associates to assist in audits and other oversight.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 requirements.
• Performs other assigned duties as necessary.

Reliability Manager

• Develop and implement regional sourcing strategies for construction, CAPEX and OPEX.
• Consolidate demand across plants and projects to drive leverage and cost efficiency.
• Define category strategies covering construction, infrastructure, utilities, CAPEX equipment and OPEX services.
• Manage RFQs/RFPs, evaluations, negotiations, contract awards, SLA, AMC’s in line with support of GSO and Corporate guidelines.
• Support CAPEX investment decisions with benchmarking and TCO analysis.
• Monitor supplier performance including cost, quality, delivery and HSE.

Purchase Manager – Senior Regional Buyer, Construction, CAPEX, OPEX

Engineer

• Participate in production planning activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Production Planning Engineer

• Supports the Tooling, Maintenance and Production areas with technical expertise regarding the Tools & Dies
• Coordinate Launch activities (design reviews, buyoff activities at die shops and home line)
• Responsible for Engineering Change activities (quoting, outsourcing, design reviews, buyoffs and run offs at home line)
• Continuous improvement leader for material saving, throughput activities, process improvements, quality improvements and other improvement plans
• Work closely with Quality department and customers to improve build issues and quality scores
