Support the Field Team Network by assisting with administrative duties
Perform administrative tasks such as email communications, contacting Field Team Partners when information/documentation is needed, taking meeting notes, or organizing document storage
Review current processes, including live observation, to improve processes and update documentation
Participate in time studies, including shadowing team members to document tasks and time spent
Perform quality review of calls or transactions to support excellence in customer service
Complete other projects/tasks to support the business aligned with the applicant's skills or desired growth
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
Ability to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, able to work with multiple monitors
Clear, professional communication, both written and verbal
Reliable, energetic, detail and goal oriented, able to follow instructions
