About the role
- Support the Field Team Network by assisting with administrative duties
- Perform administrative tasks such as email communications, contacting Field Team Partners when information/documentation is needed, taking meeting notes, or organizing document storage
- Review current processes, including live observation, to improve processes and update documentation
- Participate in time studies, including shadowing team members to document tasks and time spent
- Perform quality review of calls or transactions to support excellence in customer service
- Complete other projects/tasks to support the business aligned with the applicant's skills or desired growth
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, able to work with multiple monitors
- Clear, professional communication, both written and verbal
- Reliable, energetic, detail and goal oriented, able to follow instructions
