About the role
- Handle HR inquiries via email, HR cases and phone/chat in a professional and timely manner ensuring outstanding quality of customer support
- Administer employee life-cycle programs depending on the scope of responsibilities
- Prepare necessary documents for employees
- Manage tasks in HR systems such as Workday
- Ensure HR policies and processes are followed for assigned scope and escalate inconsistencies
- Establish and/or update process documentation (SOP, templates)
- Maintain good relationships with Stakeholders
- Identify process gaps and participate in improvement initiatives
- Assist with regional translations
- Ensure services delivered meet established SLA and internal KPIs
- Complete mandatory trainings and assignments in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead
Requirements
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor / Master´s degree
- Knowledge of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Proficient English (C1)
- Proficient Spanish (C1)
- Professional background involving problem solving and dealing with internal customers
- Ability to work with confidential/sensitive data
- Preferred: experience in HR/Administration Team
- Preferred: Workday and ServiceNow knowledge
- Preferred: Previous experience working in Shared Services
