About the role
- Written and verbal communication with end customers and related departments
- Process billing
- Collection of outstanding receivables
- Dispute management
- Cash application
- Handle month-end activities
- Crafting, updating and learning the standard operating procedures
- Ensure accounts receivables operations are performed in line with work instructions
Requirements
- Relevant work experience
- Communicative level of German & English
- High School Degree (University graduate or Economic studies are an advantage)
- Accounting knowledge (advantage)
- Similar experience in the field
- Work experience with an ERP system (advantage)
- Personal culture and client management expertise
- High motivation and ability to learn
- Ability to work under pressure
