About the role
- Be the second layer between customers and technicians to ensure jobs are completed as promised
- Manage and oversee the service delivery for specific product lines
- Review scope of work and service contracts to ensure accuracy
- Match billing with contract quotes and identify discrepancies
- Investigate scope of work performed when billing discrepancies occur
- Communicate with customers daily regarding invoice changes
- Maintain focus on executing end-of-month billing cycle
- Work independently while building relationships with customers and internal partners
- Meet tough deadlines and handle high volume, fast-paced workload
Requirements
- Great attitude and strong desire to succeed
- Although a college degree is preferred, not required
- Two years of related work experience
- Prior experience in a service business or scheduling position
- Comfortable with technology (Microsoft Office) and interest in learning new technology
- Willingness to develop advanced skills in industry-specific software (training provided)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
