About the role
- Help identify and qualify new sales opportunities, focusing on warm leads
- Manage and respond to inbound (warm) leads; evaluate customer interest and follow-up within required timeframes
- Move prospective customers through the sales funnel and transform leads into opportunities
- Prospect and identify potential customers and uncover key contacts within target accounts
- Nurture relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to prospects
- Conduct high-level product demonstrations to showcase Genesys products and capabilities
- Collaborate with Sales team to build a consistent pipeline that drives revenue growth
- Achieve quarterly targets by tracking KPIs and maintaining strong follow-up practices
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience gained through military service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms, with a willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially within sales and marketing
- Desire to continuously learn and improve; growth mindset
- Innate curiosity and drive to ask questions and explore new ideas
