About the role
- Lead TI product development and iteration, acting as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback from end users
- Formulate the 'why' and 'how' for TI deliverables
- Deliver actionable intel for priority skills, including emerging industries, adjacent markets, and transferable skills
- Act as a strategic link between TI team and stakeholders, identifying skill gaps/opportunities
- Partner with executive leaders, TA stakeholders, Workforce Planning, Corporate Development, and HRBPs
Requirements
- 8+ years in program management, client-facing TI, Research Analyst, or related roles
- Experience treating data/intelligence as a product
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Psychology), or equivalent work experience
- Experience identifying strategic insights/market intel and connecting back to workforce trends to business strategy
- Experience using AI/ML for workforce intelligence
