About the role

  • Lead TI product development and iteration, acting as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback from end users
  • Formulate the 'why' and 'how' for TI deliverables
  • Deliver actionable intel for priority skills, including emerging industries, adjacent markets, and transferable skills
  • Act as a strategic link between TI team and stakeholders, identifying skill gaps/opportunities
  • Partner with executive leaders, TA stakeholders, Workforce Planning, Corporate Development, and HRBPs

Requirements

  • 8+ years in program management, client-facing TI, Research Analyst, or related roles
  • Experience treating data/intelligence as a product
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Psychology), or equivalent work experience
  • Experience identifying strategic insights/market intel and connecting back to workforce trends to business strategy
  • Experience using AI/ML for workforce intelligence
