Manager

• Work with product team leadership to develop and maintain analysis plans (A-Plan) with timing to appropriately support product content changes of each build phase for all assigned electrification programs
• Initiate analysis request forms (ARF) for all planned work
• Identify, acquire, and balance analysis resources to meet A-Plan requirements, walk-up work, and capability development
• Negotiate timing for active analysis projects as necessary
• Generate and maintain virtual design reviews and analysis performance metric results for each A-Plan
• Support the development of budget and headcount targets with workload projections
• Act as single point contact for basic propulsion system architecture / program specific data for the New Products Engineering team
• Coordinate cross-functional teams within the department to solve break-fix, product performance, and quality issues; inform Vertical Team and Analysis Staff of current status
• Balance workload and resources working with other propulsion VPIM
• Interface with vehicle VPIM to co-ordinate 2-way deliverables and resolve propulsion related program issues
• Assist with harmonizing process across engine, transmission and electrification sectors
