Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as an RPA Project/Task Manager
Integrate relationships between business and technical functional groups to ensure success in meeting the overall goals and objectives of our mission
Use RPA project management and organizational skills to promote organizational goals to completion
Collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment
Contributes to project success by influencing internal and external stakeholders
Collaborates and effectively leads meetings with contractors and federal partners to set strategy, governance, source automation ideas, and gather requirements
Leads team of RPA Developers in achieving automation mission
Collects detailed project requirements; anticipates technical needs and collaborates with developers to create future state automated workflows
Translates between business and technical needs
Champions resolution of production issues
Leads feasibility assessments and requirement gathering sessions
Participates in testing and code reviews
Creates Process Design Documents and collaborates on Solution Design Documents
Documents and collects information on RPA programs value over time
Helps drive project timelines/scope; deliver on commitments
Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Experience: 5+ years of related experience
Skills: Deliverables Management, Problem Solving, Project Management
Demonstrated experience leading an RPA team and setting RPA srategy
Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) – UiPath preferred
Awareness of RPA concepts and best practices for orchestration
Experience with Virtual Desktop Interface environments
Experience with SAP
Ability to peer-review and test code
Understanding of the ITIL Framework
Ability to translate technical requirements into documentation that serves business stakeholders at levels
Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities at any given time
Capability to adapt to changing client needs
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present to business leaders
Demonstrated experience consulting with internal and external customers to understand business needs and make recommendations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and part of a team
Must be able to obtain a position of Public Trust with US Customs and Border Protection
