Report to the Training Director in Robotic Customer Operations
Deliver Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) technology training to surgeons, first assistants, and OR staff across specialties
Actively participate in continuous improvement of training programs and training research initiatives
Provide support for customer training and training research initiatives
Establish relationships with designated external training entities and training partner facilities
Work with marketing and sales training team to improve existing training programs
Support RAS system troubleshooting at the training center
Manage training center logistics, inventory, and training calendars in conjunction with key stakeholders
Maintain all capital equipment and oversee cleaning and reprocessing of instruments and accessories in conjunction with training center staff
Travel ~50% to support collaboration and completion of projects
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent with 11+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, field sales/support in medical device, healthcare industry or equivalent experience
OR Associate's Degree with 9+ years experience
OR Baccalaureate Degree with 7+ years experience
OR advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (must include experience in Med Device Clinical and/or operating room experience)
Experience in Med Device Clinical and/or operating room experience required
Experience in robotic surgery, capital equipment or equivalent technology preferred
Proven experience training on complex topics and/or technology
Experience delivering Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) technology training to surgeons, first assistants, and OR staff
Experience with RAS system troubleshooting
Manage training center logistics, inventory, and training calendars
Experience maintaining capital equipment, including cleaning and reprocessing instruments and accessories
Ability to operate independently and strong organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of adult learning principles preferred
High capacity and excellent problem-solving skills
Commitment to self-development and ability to work in a team environment
Willingness to travel approximately 50%
