About the role
- Support the proposal development, negotiation, and application phase for implementation of Brinks Digital Retail Solutions (DRS) across North America to enhance customer onboarding and accelerate revenue
- Work collaboratively with internal and external process partners during proposal development to deliver optimized implementation plans for new DRS customers
- Finalize customer deployment plan during negotiation phase
- Partner with DRS Implementation manager to understand project management capacity and assignment for large estate customers
- Develop connectivity among multiple installers to maximize yield relative to available capacity across markets
- Support the monthly DRS S&OP and Forecasting Outlook to meet financial targets
- Utilize Brinks internal systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI to track project status
- Foster a positive environment encouraging guidance, feedback and participation in Brinks DRS Strategy Deployment Initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in capacity planning, operations, and project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial engineering, or Operations Management
- Preferred: 10+ years’ experience in capacity planning, operations, and project management
- Preferred: Master’s Degree Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management
