About the role
- Support CMS Cloud program procurement, asset management, and license administration
- Respond to customer inquiries via Jira, Slack, and email
- Initiate requests for quotes, create and manage purchase requisitions (PRs), and receive orders
- Update and maintain procurement and asset records in Atlassian Jira, Confluence, SC360, SharePoint, and internal GDIT processes
- Track procurements against awarded contract funding and create Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROMs)
- Initiate Procurement Requests/Funding tickets and Validation of Need (VON) tickets in Atlassian Jira
- Track and manage software, hardware, data center, training, and professional services renewals
- Research products/services, coordinate with vendors and customers, and manage vendor relationships
- Provide license administration and coordinate ongoing training; review license assignments quarterly
- Assist new staff and subcontractors with End User Accounts (EUAs) and maintain team rosters
- Compile and submit monthly and quarterly contract deliverables and drive process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, or work experience
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Prior experience working on government procurement programs with inventory value of at least $50M
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Skilled in the Atlassian suite of products (Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to obtain public trust investigation
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Effective organizational skills and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with procurement, asset management, renewals, and license administration
- Preferred: Experience with SC360 or other supply chain software/processes; Advanced Excel; familiarity with purchasing off GSA schedule; Contract Schedule Management
