• Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers in the Baltic NIPT market and execute a long-term regional business strategy.
• Build and maintain a strong regional network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), partners, and distribution channels.
• Actively participate in the sales process and lead by example.
