About the role
- Execute and optimize digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (search, social, email, SMS, website).
- Manage end-to-end marketing workflows in HubSpot to improve lead engagement, conversion rates, and lifecycle progression.
- Build and maintain nurture sequences for MQLs, stalled leads, and consumable re-engagement.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales to refine handoff processes and optimize MQL-to-SQL conversion.
- Support Sr. Content Marketing Manager and the broader marketing team in executing seasonal and promotional campaigns that drive online revenue growth.
- Develop and test workflows, lists, and automations within HubSpot to streamline the marketing funnel and improve customer engagement.
- Track and report on campaign performance through HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other platforms, providing actionable insights.
- Maintain HubSpot data integrity and contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing automation capabilities.
- Execute A/B testing plans across emails, landing pages, and ad campaigns to improve conversion performance.
- Partner with the content and brand team to translate campaign concepts into tactical execution across email, social, and paid media.
- Support eCommerce and consumable growth campaigns on Shopify, including product promotions, retargeting, and loyalty initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Events teams to ensure digital programs support key in-person initiatives (tradeshows, lead events).
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing with hands-on campaign execution.
- 2+ years of experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, reporting, email automation, and list segmentation required).
- Proven ability to manage paid and organic campaigns that drive measurable lead conversion or revenue growth.
- Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), ad management platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn), and marketing attribution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and action.
- Understanding of SEO, AI, UI/UX principles, and website optimization best practices.
- Experience in eCommerce or subscription marketing (Shopify a plus).
