About the role
- Lead and mentor a team of three marketing professionals, ensuring continuity and performance across active campaigns
- Partner with product marketing and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into integrated, audience-focused campaigns
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing programs across web, email, social, events, and paid channels to maximize reach and engagement
- Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending for ROI across multiple product lines
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and business impact
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and seamless communication throughout the contract period
Requirements
- 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years leading integrated campaigns and teams
- Proven success in B2B marketing for technology products, ideally within gaming, ad tech, or SaaS
- Strong understanding of developer and advertiser audience dynamics and messaging
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and measure complex, multi-channel campaigns
- Skilled in data-driven marketing with experience using analytics and dashboards for insights
- Exceptional communicator with strong project management and stakeholder-alignment skills
- Experience in gaming, ad tech, or creative technology ecosystems
- Familiarity with developer communities and channels that influence the creator ecosystem
- A track record of leading product launches or major campaign rollouts with measurable results
