Leads the operational rollout of AI tools, including coordination of timelines, stakeholders, and resources across departments.
Drives user onboarding, training, and change management strategies to support long-term adoption.
Develops and manages internal knowledge resources such as playbooks, training materials, FAQs, and self-service guides.
Coordinates across IT, compliance, legal, and vendor partners to ensure secure, compliant, and effective deployments.
Supports the intake and triage of new AI use case requests, including documentation collection and feasibility screening.
Partners with communication teams to design internal marketing campaigns that raise awareness and foster engagement.
Works with governance leaders to enforce lifecycle processes and ensure adherence to ethical and responsible AI use.
Monitors usage patterns and user feedback to identify barriers and enable iterative improvements.
Supports post-deployment success by managing support workflows, coordinating cross-team responses to issues, and ensuring continued usability, safety, and performance of deployed AI solutions.
Promotes standardization and reuse of successful tools and practices across departments to drive enterprise-wide adoption.
Serves as an operational liaison between product teams, end users, and external vendors
Requirements
Experience supporting AI, analytics, or digital health programs in a complex organization.
Background in healthcare operations, clinical workflows, or enterprise IT.
Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI use.
Experience working with external vendors and managing SaaS or AI tool rollouts.
Professional certifications such as PMP, Prosci, or change management credentials.
Education: Bachelor's Degree-Related Field of Study (Required)
Experience: Minimum of 5 years-Related work experience (Required)
