Accelerate strategy to execution by partnering with business leaders and subject matter experts
Identify and validate applicable business capabilities and apply them to business architecture artifacts
Conduct business capability assessments and strategic readiness assessments
Build business capability roadmaps to inform strategic planning
Oversee creation, maintenance, validation, and governance of business architecture artifacts and methodologies
Maintain the repository for the Business Capability Model and ensure consistency among artifacts
Elicit needs, analyze opportunities, and provide workable solutions following business architecture practices
Assess technologies, processes, and data in collaboration with business partners
Apply modeling techniques to illustrate business capability-to-technology alignment
Develop and deliver presentations to audiences at all levels
Provide comprehensive Business Architecture consultation to business and IT stakeholders
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and manage expectations
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management of Information Systems, or a related field
Five years of experience working as a business architect
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
Excellent analysis skills including problem solving and data analysis
Ability to translate complex information into actionable strategies
Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
Demonstrated ability to be viewed as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
Initiative-taker mentality and strategic mindset
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Preferred: Master’s degree in business administration, Management of Information Systems, or a related field
Preferred: Experience working with strategic planning processes
Preferred: Experience working with architecture modeling tools
Preferred: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred: Business Architecture certification
Work-at-home technical requirements: non-cellular High Speed Internet (Fiber, DSL, or cable modem) minimum 30x5 Mbps download/upload, latency under 80 ms; hotspots, satellite and wireless internet NOT allowed
Work-at-home environment requirement: dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
