Events

• Assist event managers and RCX Sports Events department leadership with all facets of event operations including but not limited to, coordination and shipping of event materials, producing and distributing travel coordination plans and event itineraries, and preparation of event materials
• Act as the coordinator for on-site events and provide support as the primary point of contact for RCX Sports while organizing on-site operational efforts
• Collaborate with RCX Sports Events management team to manage the coordination of event staff, interns, and volunteers during all RCX Sports events
• Act as a primary stakeholder in the Events inventory process to ensure each event is properly equipped to provide elite experiences for RCX Sports Events attendees
• Assist with events registration, Email inbox management, to provide timely and efficient support for RCX Sports customers
• Prepare and analyze data around RCX Sports events properties and provide finalized reports to RCX Sports management and executive teams
• Assist with conceptualization of event integrations and collaboratively with internal partners to execute key initiatives
• Routinely move event materials and equipment weighing approximately 50 pounds
• Provide support with additional responsibilities and special projects related to the advancement of RCX Sports Events properties as assigned
