Business Architect

• Accelerate strategy to execution by partnering with business leaders and subject matter experts
• Identify and validate applicable business capabilities and apply them to business architecture artifacts

• Coordinate contractor resources to attend select sessions and events in various markets across the United States, ensuring coverage and representation in key locations
• Develop and maintain relationships with contracted resources, providing guidance, support, and resources
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive training programs and materials for contracted resources
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on event protocols, product information, messaging, and customer engagement techniques
• Track and monitor contractor performance, providing feedback, coaching, and support to enhance effectiveness
• Ensure contracted resources have necessary print materials, promotional items, and resources; coordinate logistics and distribution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues throughout the event cycle
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and resource optimization
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contractor activities, expenses, and performance metrics
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to contractor management and event coordination

Senior Field Sales and Brand Ambassador Manager

• Design and create strategic executive communications and assets for senior leadership and board of directors.
• Create key strategy assets and presentations in collaboration with Growth division VPs to inform leadership and the board about market, product, or philanthropy positioning and strategic recommendations.

• Facilitate and oversee cross-functional discussions related to supplier risk and performance
• Support monitoring of contract terms; manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including clinical, administrative, and operational teams to understand business needs and objectives
• Facilitate communication between suppliers and internal teams and act as primary escalation point for supplier-related issues
• Analyze data and build pivot tables, dashboards, and visualizations to support performance monitoring and strategic decision-making

Senior Strategic Vendor Oversight Partner

Manager

• Lead audits and supervise claim audit team members and external third-party auditors.
• Conduct audit planning and supervise fieldwork ensuring compliance with Global Internal Audit Standards and G.E.H.A Internal Audit methodologies.
• Provide expertise in review, research, and analysis of claim exceptions; present audit findings and recommendations.
• Prepare and review draft audit reports with clear, constructive, actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate and oversee healthcare claim audits with third-party claim administrators and external claim auditors.
• Monitor open audit findings, remediation plans, and follow-ups; facilitate communications with internal/external partners.
• Perform quality review of workpapers and audit deliverables; lead postmortem sessions to capture lessons learned.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize assignments, and proactively identify needs and solutions.
• Deliver training to less experienced team members and assist with Ad Hoc projects as requested.

Software Engineer

• Serve as the technical expert on Salesforce.com implementations
• Design elegant user experiences, utilizing advanced functionality, while ensuring long-term maintainability
• Develop, test, deploy and maintain high-quality solutions
• Work closely with Team Lead and Solution Architect to develop these solutions
• Create technical specifications for new projects based on business unit requirements
• Make recommendations to the business unit
• Administrator work will also be required, i.e. managing user permissions and access
• Provide technical support to business units by answering questions about product features or helping with use cases
• This may include training
• Provide recommendations for Salesforce process improvements
• Operate within the devops process, create roll back contingencies and manage backup solutions
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers
• Communicates work progress and status to the Team Lead
• Manage applications after they have been launched to ensure that they are performing as expected
• Create and maintain documentation for new and existing applications to ensure that business units and other members of the development team can effectively use them
