About the role
- Drive execution and tracking of strategic initiatives, including complex cross-disciplined programs across multiple organizations
- Define and execute AI/ML and Innovation programs with milestones
- Track and monitor execution, risks and opportunities to ensure on-time program delivery
- Support definition of AI/ML strategic roadmaps for Electrification
- Manage risks and dependencies between organizations
- Define and implement coordination processes between organizations
- Own tools and continuous improvement for the Innovation and AI/ML Electrification organization
- Collaborate across stakeholders and support delivery of GE Vernova's grid electrification initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in science or engineering
- Extensive professional experience in software development project management, risk management, and strategy
- Established leadership credentials
- Experience influencing matrixed organizations and motivating geographically and culturally diverse teams
- Ability to combine strategic capability with hands-on delivery
- Experience in Agile project management, Lean, and Innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking)
- Program management for complex multi-business projects
- Financial dexterity to manage business cases and support Product Management and Marketing
- Collaborative team player able to work across businesses and geographies
