About the role
- All on site life extensions, repairs and inspection-related service activities able to be performed at customer site includes onsite machining, NDT, blading, winding, critical welding, generator diagnostics.\n
- Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline.\n
- May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.\n
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience.\n
- Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.\n
- Resolves issues using established procedures.\n
- Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.\n
- Collaborates with others to solve issues.\n
- For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE.\n
- Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.\n
- Strong oral and written communication skills.\n
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.\n

Requirements
- Basic experience in the Services & On Site Services.\n
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).\n
- Hold Electrical or Mechanical engineering bachelor graduate.\n
- Minimum 2 to 5 years in Service Experience.\n
- Have good practical ability and careful attitude to work, willing to study technology, with good teamwork and communication skills.\n
- Experience and skilled in using Microsoft Office application – Word/Excel/ PPT.\n
- Able to travel to site for service jobs.\n
- Fluent in comprehension, verbal and written in English.
