About the role
- responsible for safely operating customer owned wind turbines within your assigned hub
- manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering
- oversee sites located near the Lubbock/Amarillo MSAs; Lubbock, Amarillo, or Plainview, TX
- interface with contract performance managers on issue escalation
- develop long range forecast for region resource needs
- develop and execute resource plans based on forecasts
- maintain awareness of latest technical developments in own area
- use judgement to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services & Resource Management)
- Minimum of 4 years of significant experience in Services & Resource Management
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
