Build and strengthen relationships with key national accounts and buying groups, developing tailored strategies that drive mutual growth and long-term partnership success
Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives to achieve both revenue and profitability goals
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver integrated account plans and maximize business opportunities
Conduct regular business reviews with strategic partners to evaluate performance, share insights, and adjust plans to align with market trends
Identify and develop new national account opportunities, expanding the company’s footprint across priority channels
Ensure operational excellence by managing account updates, pricing, and communication between internal teams and external partners
Represent the company as a trusted advisor, championing innovation, customer success, and partnership value across all interactions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Audiology or Business preferred
5+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in hearing healthcare or a related medical device field
Proven success in building and maintaining long-term corporate relationships
Strong negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills
Results-oriented with a growth mindset and adaptability to evolving business needs
Skilled in relationship building and securing commitments at both corporate and clinic levels
Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Office applications
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
