About the role
- Build and strengthen relationships with key national accounts and buying groups, developing tailored strategies that drive mutual growth and long-term partnership success
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives to achieve both revenue and profitability goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver integrated account plans and maximize business opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews with strategic partners to evaluate performance, share insights, and adjust plans to align with market trends
- Identify and develop new national account opportunities, expanding the company’s footprint across priority channels
- Ensure operational excellence by managing account updates, pricing, and communication between internal teams and external partners
- Represent the company as a trusted advisor, championing innovation, customer success, and partnership value across all interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Audiology or Business preferred
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in hearing healthcare or a related medical device field
- Proven success in building and maintaining long-term corporate relationships
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills
- Results-oriented with a growth mindset and adaptability to evolving business needs
- Skilled in relationship building and securing commitments at both corporate and clinic levels
- Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Office applications
- A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
