Manage the Ultrasound, Imaging, and LCS Regional pricing teams
Coach team to structure, evaluate, and approve pricing for sales opportunities
Develop pricing strategies for key accounts
Execute the pricing strategy across different SBUs/LCTs
Contribute to pricing governance and improve quoting tools
Work closely in partnership with regional Value Creation, Finance, and Commercial Operations leaders
Drive standardization of tools and processes
Provide Policy 5.0 / 6.0 training and updates to commercial teams
Contribute to improve quoting experience and measurement for internal users
Lead simplification and process improvement efforts
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 10 yrs + experience in Commercial Pricing or Finance
3 yrs + experience in managing people
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence within a large, complex organization
Demonstrated people leadership skills
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; experience with financial reporting and analysis
Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of problems, generate and evaluate creative solutions, implement fact-based resolutions quickly and effectively
Demonstrated record of meeting commitments and delivering results
Demonstrated ability to work with and through high number of details
