About the role
- Own pricing EBITDA improvement through sales and margin improvement.
- Oversee pricing functions for designated region of US LBM Divisions.
- Manage delivery of comprehensive pricing process review; Evaluate catalog price.
- Develop implementation plans and direct team of pricing analyst(s).
- Monitor pricing rules compliance and develop process to review price exceptions.
- Conduct periodic review for pricing compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree & above in business, accounting, economics, finance, etc.
- 3-5 years of management experience with a deep knowledge of lumber and building materials distribution.
- Working knowledge of pricing science with familiarity with relevant pricing concepts and statistical methods.
- Experience configuring and using ERP systems.
- Ability to quickly establish credibility and build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
- Complies with Company’s attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
- Adheres to established safety rules and regulations and follows all safety procedures; maintain a safe environment.
