About the role
- Serve as a critical connection point between technical and commercial organizations
- Drive customer-focused sales initiatives from inception to completion, collaborating with IT teams in scrum/agile environments
- Act as a liaison between Sales, IT, and Corporate Account teams
- Align initiatives with existing agile cadences, governance frameworks, and sales operations procedures
- Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate insight synthesis and develop enablement content
- Deliver training on analytical tools, AI capabilities, and commercial technologies
- Collect use cases and requirements to identify process improvements and tool enhancements
- Collaborate across Sales, IT, data science, marketing, and operations to deliver customer value and operational excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field required; Master's/MBA preferred
- 4+ years in sales operations, product management, or commercial analytics
- Experience employing Generative AI tools in professional settings to improve analytics
- Validated ability to work as a liaison between Sales, IT, and Corporate Accounts
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Power BI, and sophisticated Excel functions such as Pivot tables and VLookup; SQL/Python/R preferred
