Lead technical workstreams in complex transfer programs, coordinating across global teams
Support design transfer activities, including documentation, verification, validation, and troubleshooting
Build deep product knowledge to support manufacturing and quality teams post-transfer
Collaborate with engineering, advanced manufacturing, suppliers, and third-party vendors
Represent the TEE Design Office in Horten at the US site, harmonizing inputs and requests
Contribute to planning and execution of transfer projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality targets are met
Conduct component and product integration and manage product and systems requirements, specifications and flow down
Drive validation and verification activities for the overall product/system, including system level testing
Define product requirements for modules/components/subcontractors and manage interfaces between components and execution organizations
Drive CTQ/Risk trades and manage product configuration and configuration control system
Provide informal guidance to new team members and may act as individual contributor or early people leader
Requirements
Background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Medical Device Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum expected knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with demonstrated, relevant experience
For roles in USA: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience)
Experience in design, manufacturing, or sustaining engineering for medical devices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and cultures
Established project management skills (desired)
Legal authorization to work in the US is required; the company will not sponsor individuals for employment visas
Successful completion of a drug screen (as applicable)
