About the role

  • Lead a commercial sales team to deliver orders, revenue, and margin growth
  • Achieve quarterly and yearly product/solution/service P&L Operating Plan targets
  • Timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline and sales for the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7 years of experience in medical sales
  • Demonstrated track record in high technology product sales/solutions
  • Business management and resource allocation skills
  • Exemplary people management and leadership skills
  • Advanced negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport and influence at all levels
  • Live and travel within the Market (Dallas and North Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas)
  • Experience within GEHC preferred
  • Master’s degree preferred
