About the role
- Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance on medical equipment
- Troubleshoot and basic service repairs on customer equipment
- Assist more experienced field engineers with equipment installations
- Maintain relationships with customers and ensure timely communication and resolution
- Document all work performed accurately and comply with company policies and hospital protocols
Requirements
- Associate degree in related field or equivalent military education and 2 years of experience servicing electronic equipment
- High school diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License
- Experience with Web applications as well as Microsoft suite of products
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
