About the role
- Ensures successful, end-to-end delivery of a project or a program through ongoing client engagement, partnering with technical teams internal and external to the initiative, and coordination of all required activities and milestones.
- Involved in projects prioritization and initiation, responsible for definition of and compliance with project management methodologies, performing regular tracking and reporting on progress, and accountable for initiative results verification.
- Requires specialized knowledge within the function.
- Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.
- Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
- Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.
- Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.
- Able to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders.
- Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations.
- Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
- May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
- Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 8 years of experience in IT, Digital Technology Program Management or related experience
- Experience working within Oracle
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
- Experience managing large-scale PLM system implementations (PTC Windchill or Dassault 3D Experience), including leading PLM implementation with concurrent enterprise programs (e.g. ERP upgrades, Master Data Management & Digital Thread initiatives, compliance efforts)
- In depth understanding of PLM systems (e.g., PTC Windchill/Enovia), including architectures, data models, and integration strategies
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing phased rollouts of enterprise systems aligned with product lines / business units
- Applied experience with data migration strategies and tools for transitioning large enterprise systems
