Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with minimum 8 years of experience in IT, Digital Technology Program Management or related experience
Experience working within Oracle
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
Experience managing large-scale PLM system implementations (PTC Windchill or Dassault 3D Experience), including leading PLM implementation with concurrent enterprise programs (e.g. ERP upgrades, Master Data Management & Digital Thread initiatives, compliance efforts)
In depth understanding of PLM systems (e.g., PTC Windchill/Enovia), including architectures, data models, and integration strategies
Hands-on experience in planning and executing phased rollouts of enterprise systems aligned with product lines / business units
Applied experience with data migration strategies and tools for transitioning large enterprise systems
