Lead short-term initiatives (2–6 months) that require independent decision-making
Create presentations and visual reports to communicate progress and share insights
Analyze operational data using Excel or other analytical tools
Support functional teams with tasks that mirror full-time roles
Participate in early talent events, seminars, and trainings
Handle assignments that require accuracy, trust, and attention to detail
Gain exposure to service operations and sharpen analytical skills
Requirements
Currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s or master’s program in engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, business, or a related technical discipline
Available for a minimum of 10 weeks during Summer 2026
A strong communicator with initiative and the ability to work independently and in teams
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (GE HealthCare does not sponsor employment visas for this role)
A GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) - Preferred
Prior internship or project experience in service operations or data analysis - Preferred
A passion for process improvement and operational excellence - Preferred
Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, or other data visualization tools - Preferred
Demonstrated adaptability and involvement in campus or community activities - Preferred
