About the role
- Support the Project, Construction and Operations' Manager in all phases of project delivery.
- Work collaboratively to support the Team with document control, reporting, construction site inspection, and quality control.
- Contribute to the development, monitoring, and analysis of program-wide KPIs.
- Analyze program performance data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist in preparing regular program performance reports for stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting lessons learned from project execution.
- Review submittals, RFIs, change order requests, and other project documentation.
- Assist in updating project schedules and evaluate project performance.
- Track project closeout activities and data, including punch lists completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of related experience.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and translating it into actionable recommendations.
- Project execution and/or construction experience: 3 years.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).
- Ability to prepare and analyze cost estimates.
- Experience facilitating document tracking, distribution, and control.
