About the role
- Supporting the Launch Team with roll out of processes
- Strong ability to operate in a complex stakeholder environment
- Less operational but more focused in tackling broader areas of change management and organizational change initiatives
- Strong communicator and strong collaborator
- Apply strategic thinking and craft strategies around engagement and communication
- Overcome obstacles or barriers to change and to develop strategies around this
- Strong Project Management skillset
Requirements
- 4 year degree required
- Strong knowledge change management principles, methodologies, best practices, and industry trends (in technology/process implementation)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver compelling communication materials using various channels and formats
- Experience in developing and implementing benefit/value realization frameworks, and processes
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify barriers to change and develop effective strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and drive change initiatives to successful outcomes
- Creative Thinking and customer centricity
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant communication tools
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is desirable
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools for value realization tracking
- SharePoint Design
- Video Creation
- Experience in training/onboarding
