- Managing sales of products, services, parts, solutions, or projects within the West Balkans & Bulgaria region.
- Utilizing in-depth knowledge of sales territories, product lines, markets, and customer groups to execute sales strategies effectively.
- Analyzing market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities and differentiate offerings.
- Applying commercial experience and analytical thinking to solve complex sales challenges and optimize business performance.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborating with internal teams to implement best practices and integrate sales strategies across different business areas.
- Leading small-scale projects with minimal risks and resource requirements, acting as a mentor for less experienced colleagues.
- Communicating performance expectations and handling sensitive issues with professionalism.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent knowledge level).
- Advanced experience in Medical Equipment Sales, preferably within the Patient Care Solutions segment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian is considered a plus.
- Full clean driving license and ability to travel across the assigned geographical territory.
