- Engage with new and existing clients to show innovative media solutions and amplify their brands.
- Lead the sales team to implement local sales and marketing strategies to attract, grow, and retain business.

Requirements
- Experience as a Sales Director or other sales management and leadership roles, ideally in a media-related industry.
- Proven sales ability and a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Results-driven mindset and high-impact orientation.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market data and trends.
- Strong communication skills; proficiency with digital tools and applications.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals.
- Ability to learn, adapt, and embrace challenges in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
- A valid driver's license, up-to-date insurance, and reliable transportation.
