Design, develop and implement solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP), for marketing automation, multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp) and customer journeys.
Manage and optimize behavior tracking on the website, ensuring correct capture of events and user attributes.
Configure and fine-tune Lead Scoring rules, ensuring engagement and intent criteria are accurately reflected in MCP and integrated with Salesforce CRM.
Develop and test Personalization Actions, Rules and Templates within MCP to deliver real-time dynamic, segmented experiences.
Manage event capture tags and scripts, validating operation using Tag Management tools (GTM, SDKs, etc.).
Create and optimize automation workflows, including emails, event triggers, dynamic segmentation and content personalization in Journey Builder.
Develop AMPscript, SQL queries and HTML/CSS templates for advanced personalization of emails, landing pages and communications.
Configure, customize and support Einstein solutions, focusing on Einstein Recommendations and AI features for recommendations and campaign optimization.
Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including MCP) with other systems such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, APIs and analytics tools.
Collaborate with marketing, design and data teams to translate business strategies into effective, measurable technical solutions.
Perform testing and troubleshooting to identify and fix tracking errors, data inconsistencies and integration failures.
Ensure high performance and reliability of campaigns (deliverability, opens, clicks, conversions and personalization).
Stay up to date with trends, best practices and new features in the Salesforce ecosystem, especially the Personalization module (Interaction Studio).
Requirements
Proven experience developing and implementing solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including modules such as Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Content Builder and Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP).
Solid knowledge of Lead Scoring, Behavior Tracking, Tag Management and Personalization Rules/Actions.
Ability to diagnose and correct tracking and behavioral data capture errors.
Strong skills in AMPscript, SQL, HTML and CSS.
Experience or knowledge of Einstein Recommendations and other Marketing Cloud AI features.
Familiarity with API integrations and connectivity between Salesforce Clouds (Marketing, Sales and Service).
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, data-driven technical solutions.
Experience working in an agile environment, with autonomy, prioritization skills and results-oriented mindset.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (such as Email Specialist, Personalization Accredited Professional, Consultant or Administrator) are a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with business, marketing and technology stakeholders.
