About the role
- Manage and grow the existing client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty (Farmer profile).
- Actively identify and prospect new clients and business opportunities (Hunter profile).
- Develop customized sales strategies aligned with each client's needs.
- Lead sales meetings, solution presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal company teams, ensuring excellence in service.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare progress and results reports.
- Participate in events, trade shows, and other networking activities to generate leads and strengthen the brand.
- Monitor market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in consultative sales, with responsibilities in both account maintenance (Farmer) and active prospecting (Hunter).
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a persuasive, results-oriented profile.
- Analytical capability to identify opportunities and propose strategic solutions.
- Knowledge of CRM and sales management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Intermediate or advanced English preferred.
- Preferred: Experience in B2B sectors, technology, services, or complex solutions.
- Preferred: Sales certifications (e.g., SPIN Selling, Solution Selling, etc.).
