About the role
- Respond to interested leads via WhatsApp and, when necessary, make phone calls to convert opportunities
- Guide the client from first contact through closing, building rapport and trust
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by offering additional courses, payment arrangements, and packages
- Keep the CRM up to date, recording each interaction and stage of the sales funnel
- Work autonomously and proactively, ensuring a consistent pace and results
- Contribute ideas and best practices to continuously improve the sales process
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in consultative sales, inside sales, or online commercial/customer service
- Proficient with WhatsApp, email, and digital communication tools
- Knowledge of CRM systems desirable (HubSpot, Pipedrive, RD Station, etc.)
- B2B contract (PJ)
- 100% remote
- Fixed compensation based on level of experience
- Attractive performance-based commissions
- Flexible working hours with short weekly meetings (weeklies)
