About the role

  • Identify and prospect strategic partners that can add value to the Simples Dental ecosystem.
  • Develop partnership proposals that highlight mutual benefits, aligning strategic objectives with potential partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring terms meet the interests of both parties.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and exploring new collaboration opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective implementation of established partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, reporting results and recommending improvements to optimize impact.
  • Actively participate in industry events and trade shows, representing the brand with enthusiasm and strategic focus.

Requirements

  • A proactive professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify and capture business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage and influence potential partners.
  • Analytical ability to develop compelling, data-driven value propositions.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
  • Empathy and interpersonal skills to build trusted, collaborative relationships.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in SaaS or related industries.
  • Proficiency with essential tech tools, including CRM systems and Google Workspace.
  • Experience building data-driven sales strategies and using effective storytelling.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling is a plus.
  • Intermediate or advanced English may be an advantage.
