About the role
- Identify and prospect strategic partners that can add value to the Simples Dental ecosystem.
- Develop partnership proposals that highlight mutual benefits, aligning strategic objectives with potential partners.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring terms meet the interests of both parties.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and exploring new collaboration opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective implementation of established partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, reporting results and recommending improvements to optimize impact.
- Actively participate in industry events and trade shows, representing the brand with enthusiasm and strategic focus.
Requirements
- A proactive professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify and capture business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage and influence potential partners.
- Analytical ability to develop compelling, data-driven value propositions.
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
- Empathy and interpersonal skills to build trusted, collaborative relationships.
- Previous experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in SaaS or related industries.
- Proficiency with essential tech tools, including CRM systems and Google Workspace.
- Experience building data-driven sales strategies and using effective storytelling.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling is a plus.
- Intermediate or advanced English may be an advantage.
