Accounting Manager

• Oversee key general accounting functions, including accounts receivable, sales invoicing, revenue recognition, royalties, and cost of sales
• Lead the transactional month-end close process, including reviewing and approving journal entries
• Review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Take ownership of revenue accounting and sales invoicing, ensuring revenues and cost of sales are recorded accurately and in accordance with accounting standards
• Review month-end financial results, identify discrepancies, and recommend or implement necessary corrections
• Prepare and review variance analyses for profit and loss accounts, providing meaningful insights into financial performance
• Ensure accounting processes and procedures are consistently followed and remain compliant with company policies and accounting standards
• Support quarterly reviews, year-end financial audits, and annual internal control audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests
• Partner closely with the Client Success, Sales, and Development teams to support business operations and provide financial guidance
• Evaluate existing accounting processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls
• Collaborate with shared services teams and cross-functional stakeholders to improve reporting and streamline financial operations
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

Accounting Supervisor

Accounts Payable

• Supervise and provide day-to-day guidance to two Accounts Payable team members within the shared services organization.
• Own the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.
• Monitor daily transactional activities to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Oversee supplier invoice processing in Concur, including workflow management and business approval.
• Ensure invoices are accurately coded to support financial reporting, cost analysis, and departmental budget tracking.
• Process weekly vendor payments through BACS and international wire transfers.
• Partner with business teams to facilitate purchase order creation and support procurement activities.
• Assist with daily and weekly cash management activities, including monitoring Group bank accounts.
• Ensure all vendor payments and customer receipts are accurately recorded in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Prepare and reconcile Group bank accounts for both the UK and U.S. entities.
• Prepare and reconcile Accounts Payable balances for the UK and U.S., including monitoring and resolving aged items.
• Oversee employee Travel & Expense (T&E) processing within Concur and generate ad hoc reporting as needed.
• Support quarterly reviews, interim testing, and annual audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests.
• Ensure new vendor and employee records are created in accordance with established internal controls.
• Partner with Concur and Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultants to troubleshoot issues, implement system enhancements, and improve Accounts Payable and related transactional processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and increase the efficiency of the Accounts Payable function.

Supervisor, Accounts Payable

Data Analyst

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and present the findings as dashboards or reports.
• Lead analytics and reporting projects and coordinate resources across teams, if needed.
• Carry out ad-hoc analyses based on internal or clients’ requests.
• Proactively identify opportunities for data-driven insights and advise the business on possible analysis projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications of BI solutions.
• Analyze performance of queries, reports and dashboards and correct deficiencies or technical debt based on consultation with relevant departments.
• Write and maintain data transformation and metrics/KPIs related documentation.
• Document analytical problems and resolutions for future reference.
• Work alongside teams within the Marketing or the Product team to establish their analytical needs and requirements.
• Cooperate with data engineers to implement new data warehouse features if required data has not been found or is not in optimized format for analysts.
• Act as a member of an agile BI team supporting team members and collaborating with a “can do attitude” to ensure product and team success.

People Operations

• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary administrator for our HRIS systems, including HiBob
• Manage system configurations, automations, integrations, and workflows across the employee lifecycle
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports related to headcount, attrition, workforce planning, and people analytics
• Conduct regular data audits and system clean-ups to ensure data integrity and accuracy across platforms
• Audit onboarding data between HiBob and Paycom to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Develop standard and ad hoc HR reports to support business and leadership needs
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency
• Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, training materials, and user communications
• Maintain the job description catalog within HiBob to ensure accuracy across roles and locations
• Support compensation benchmarking and annual compensation planning activities
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR systems support, troubleshooting, and reporting inquiries
• Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and external vendors to support integrations and system enhancements
