• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary administrator for our HRIS systems, including HiBob
• Manage system configurations, automations, integrations, and workflows across the employee lifecycle
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports related to headcount, attrition, workforce planning, and people analytics
• Conduct regular data audits and system clean-ups to ensure data integrity and accuracy across platforms
• Audit onboarding data between HiBob and Paycom to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Develop standard and ad hoc HR reports to support business and leadership needs
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency
• Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, training materials, and user communications
• Maintain the job description catalog within HiBob to ensure accuracy across roles and locations
• Support compensation benchmarking and annual compensation planning activities
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR systems support, troubleshooting, and reporting inquiries
• Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and external vendors to support integrations and system enhancements
