• You are responsible for implementing all product marketing activities from concept through to performance tracking.
• You develop and coordinate marketing campaigns for game releases and new product features in line with the defined roadmap.

• You run impactful campaigns that drive player engagement.
• You support the Commercial team in executing B2B strategies by designing and producing tailored product materials (online & offline).

Product Manager

• You take product ownership of our Frontend Game Engine — the technological platform for all our games.
• You develop the engine roadmap and own the backlog to ensure we deliver the right features at the right time.
• You manage the engine throughout its entire lifecycle — from maintaining and modernizing existing systems to developing innovative new features.
• You define clear goals and drive the development process from concept through implementation to product release.
• You orchestrate technical dependencies between the Engine team, Game teams, and Platform teams, ensuring smooth technical integration of the engine and new features into the games.
• You define UX/UI standards for recurring engine elements and ensure these are consistent and user-friendly across all games.
• You validate features using prototypes to test feasibility and performance early on.

Product Manager – Game Engine Development

Full-stack Engineer

• Develop new games based on our existing game engine.
• Take technical ownership for complex features, including technical design, implementation, and reliable delivery.
• Implement game mechanics, animations, UI elements, and interactions in TypeScript with PixiJS with a focus on performance.
• Optimize rendering and performance (e.g. draw calls, asset handling, loading times).
• Strengthen engineering standards within the team through high-quality code reviews.
• Support colleagues through pairing, mentoring, and technical sessions.

Senior Software Engineer – Game Development

• Umsetzung aller Aktivitäten im Produkt- sowie im Brand-Marketing von der Konzeption bis hin zur Ergebniskontrolle.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Designer:innen und externen Agenturen zur Schaffung hochwertiger Marketingmaterialien.
• Unterstützung des Sales- & Commercial-Teams durch Entwicklung effektiver B2B-Marketingmaßnahmen.
• Gewährleistung einer optimalen Außendarstellung und Vermarktung der Produkte über verschiedene Touchpoints (Newsletter, Website, Promotion-Videos, Präsentationen sowie Offline-Maßnahmen).
