About the role

  • Support paid media clients by driving performance-focused creative direction
  • Identify winning ad concepts, analyze creative performance data, and turn insights into actionable briefs and feedback
  • Work closely with UGC creators, designers, and editors to bring creative ideas to life and ensure assets are optimized for each platform
  • Maintain a feedback loop on asset performance to inform future iterations
  • Collaborate with paid media teams and Client Lead to shape creative strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Review and QA creative assets to ensure they are on-brand, error-free, and performance-optimized
  • Conduct research to support concept ideation and ensure cultural and brand relevance
  • Maintain professional, friendly, and transparent communication with clients
  • Approach collaboration with openness to feedback; contractors treated as integral part of team

Requirements

  • 2+ years in creative strategy or performance marketing
  • Fluent in German, written and spoken
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid media creative performance metrics
  • Proven experience writing creative briefs and turning performance insights into clear next steps
  • Familiarity with platform-specific ad formats and best practices (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with or managing UGC creators and creative freelancers is a plus
