• The Controller will manage all fund, corporate, and property-level accounting and reporting across the client's real estate investment platform.
• This role oversees cash management, capital activity, investor operations, financial reporting, audit/tax support, and coordination with fund administrators and property managers.
• Maintain LOC, draw, and cash activity trackers; process transfers, wires, and invoice payments.
• Complete bank reconciliations, classify cash activity, and monitor liquidity.
• Manage distributions, NACHA uploads in KeyBank, and quarterly cash-flow analysis.
• Maintain investor records in Juniper Square; process sub docs, capital calls, rebalancing, and distributions.
• Prepare capital call amounts, distribution analysis, and quarterly reporting support.
• Review monthly property financials and capital activity.
• Prepare HEP Manager and selected SPV financials; compare actuals to forecasts.

• The Support Technician 1 works within our Backup and Disaster Recovery team to provide technical support for backup and disaster recovery systems and serves as the first contact for customers via phone or email.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery support tickets promptly and document customer interactions.
• Serve as the first contact with customers who need technical assistance via the phone or email.
• Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques and creative thinking.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues for cloud-based and customer-facing systems.

• Convert and refactor existing Classic ASP applications to VB.NET, with the primary objective of completing a full and functional migration.
• Work with SQL Server, including database objects and stored procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the existing programmer during the transition period to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
• Focus on stabilizing and validating the migrated system before moving into optimization efforts.
• Identify and implement minor efficiency improvements only when necessary to support a successful migration, without losing sight of the primary goal.
• Ensure smooth integration between legacy systems and the existing VB.NET website.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to maintain project momentum.

Bookkeeper

• Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, receipts, payments, etc.)
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts
• Maintain general ledgers and prepare trial balances

• Maintain DKIM authentication and troubleshoot deliverability issues.
• Record open rates, clicks, and responses in provided spreadsheets.
