About the role
- Own and lead the full sales cycle, including sourcing to close
- Engage directly with strategic partners for internal use
- Collaborate closely with Product and Product Marketing
- Define and implement core sales processes and pipeline structure
- Represent Gia at Partner events and meetings
- Act as internal advocate for partners, providing market insights
- Work directly with the product team to integrate Gia into partners' AI solutions
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of demonstrable success in owning and closing large deals with C-level executives across HR, Finance, Legal and IT
- Deep experience selling AI-powered or data-intensive platforms
- Proven success in early-stage environments, building sales functions from the ground up
- Exceptional Executive Presence & Business Acumen
- History of collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
- Ability to work autonomously, drive momentum and achieve results
