About the role
- Generate revenue via email, phone calls, or in-person meetings
- Drive a potential prospect’s progression through each stage of the sales cycle, from lead development to close, by overcoming objections throughout the sales process
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals/expectations
- Participate in ongoing procedural and sales training sessions
- Work directly with Backcountry Vendors regarding inventory needs
- Accurately and diligently maintain track of all customers and prospects through CRM
- Exhibit behaviors consistent with Backcountry values
Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Goal-driven while also delivering exceptional customer service
- Interested in pursuing a career in Sales
- Preferred: A minimum of 1 year of outbound selling experience
