About the role

  • Generate revenue via email, phone calls, or in-person meetings
  • Drive a potential prospect’s progression through each stage of the sales cycle, from lead development to close, by overcoming objections throughout the sales process
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals/expectations
  • Participate in ongoing procedural and sales training sessions
  • Work directly with Backcountry Vendors regarding inventory needs
  • Accurately and diligently maintain track of all customers and prospects through CRM
  • Exhibit behaviors consistent with Backcountry values

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Goal-driven while also delivering exceptional customer service
  • Interested in pursuing a career in Sales
  • Preferred: A minimum of 1 year of outbound selling experience
